Our story began with a kitchen counter conversation. As cousins and close friends, we found ourselves reflecting on the remarkable women who helped shape our lives. From our grandmothers and mothers to teachers and community leaders, these role models showed us what we were capable of and encouraged us to pursue our goals with confidence and determination. What began as gratitude grew into a shared commitment to pay forward the guidance and support we had received.

Over time, we also saw the need for a space where Jewish women could come together, feel empowered, and uplift one another. In light of rising anti-Semitism, that sense of connection and community feels more important than ever. JEWELS grew from this vision. More than a mentorship program, it is a vibrant network rooted in shared identity, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
