Lisa graduated McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce and was immediately hired at Accenture where she spent the first decade of her career being a management consultant for many fortune 500 companies. She led cross functional programs and served as a mentor. In the second decade of Lisa’s career she juggled the balance of being new mom to two boys while working at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and then starting her own consulting practice. In this third decade of her career, Lisa led three distinct teams at Snapchat with a focus on operational excellence through small and mid-sized business ad sales, customer success and operations.
Most recently, Lisa has a started a new position at Wealthsimple where she is leading customer experience journeys. Lisa has always felt the gap in mentorship and role models that exists for female leaders and is looking forward to connecting with Jewish women as a JEWELS mentor, effectively helping to close the gap.
