Women who inspire me: Reese Witherspoon is an inspiring figure to me for several reasons. First and foremost, she is a leader who prioritizes kindness in her approach to business. She believes in the power of treating people well and has often expressed that kindness is the key to successful business relationships. She has built her career on this principle, creating a positive and supportive environment for everyone she works with.
